Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements apply in all cases; for general instruments, our MOQ is 1(One) tool, whereas for particular items.
A guarantee period of 1 year is applicable on all instruments against rust, corrosion, pitting, or any other manufacturing-related defect.
Storage Protective recommends preserving the precision and integrity of the Hair Transplant Instruments.
Shipping Time for products available in stock will be 4-6 Working days, whereas for items not in stock is roughly 20-30 days depending upon the order size and the nature of instruments. The shipping period is less once our customer becomes regular and we start maintaining customer-specific inventory at our facility.
Delivery Time is not more than 10 days, depending on the delivery region, as we use to deliver with World-class trustable “DHL” courier, so average delivery time is 6 working days.
International Customs Duties and Taxes International Buyers are responsible for their country’s taxes and duties when receiving packages. We are not responsible for any fees relating to international customs. Also, we are not responsible for any delays in customs clearance in the buyer’s country. Some items require a medical license to purchase.
A handling Fee ($18.00) will be charged for orders with a value less than $ 200 per order.
